extra k9 teeth

Hi all im new here , I have a 3 year old yorkie - hes just the best little buddy and kind and loves people ...
when I bought him from a breeder, I was told his two upper k9 teeth would fall out in a few years not to worry..
for now they are clean, as I clean his teeth weekly and keep mostly to solid foods - special for yorkies ..
but they not fallen out as yet.. I had a bad thing happen, to a 5 year old silky - we had 3 teeth pulled as they were
infected and rotten - for some reason she got sick ,and passed away within days of the operation ?
she was in perfect health ?  so im fearing takeing this dog to the dog dentist  to have the both pulled.. hes smaller
and more frail than she was.. so far his teeth are white and clean ..  and hes bothered by them..  I did have another
yorkie male - his k9 teeth fell out , when he was 5 yrs old.   and was fine there after - lived to 21 years old..
he was normal sized yorkie !   so im wondering what to do .. about this new puppy doggie I have..

as I really care about him  and hes just a real good looking dog !!

thanks to all ..

p.s hes smart too !  house broken at age 1 .   barks to go outside , and to eat when hes hungry.
love that doggie !

hi, i have a 6 month shih tzu and she was just spayed and she also had 3 K9 teeth , they pulled when she was out for the surgery because ,my vet says they will cause problems if they dont come out, could cause the infection etc. so sorry about your other baby but maybe with them being already rotton and infected it caused heart problems, i know if you have rotton teeth it can cause heart problems inhumans i had a friend who had a heart attack because of her teeth. so never can tell. if i was you i would get them out before they get to that point. my little girl is doing great just had done yesterday. good luck
