Black tarry poop usually means there is bleeding higher up in the GI tract. For instance in her stomach, possibly.
She needs to see a vet for a thorough examination. Like BluCrystal said, do take a sample with you. It will save time.

Parvo is a possibility. But there could be other causes of course. She may need a few tests.

Take her to the vet, and bring a poo sample (a fresh one if you can).  This could be any number of things.  But the symptoms you identify are some of the same ones seen in Parvo, which can be fatal.  See your vet.

This sounds like your dog may be bleeding internally.  I strongly suggest you get her to the Vet ASAP!!!
