my dog has been acting different

I have a toy poodle named Ariel I got her when she was 2 months old and now she is about 6 months. Ariel is very playful and lovable, but recently she has been very quiet and not as playful, she either follows me around eveywhere or just lays down and only eats indoors. About a week ago she got her 4th set of shots and her hair cut idk if this has anything to do with her behavior.

Yes she is eating and drinking no fever or vomiting etc she just looks sad and laying down and not playful. Yes I think its best to take her to get checked because I don't know much about this.

Well, if you are concerned may be a good idea to get her checked.  Is she eating and drinking?  Any vomiting or diarrhea? Does she seem to be in pain?  Ant lumps at the site the shot was given? Any fever?  Might be worth getting her checked.  You know your dog best.

I hope it's just that and nothing serious because she won't even stand up just lay back down when I try lifting her to get up. Thank you (:

She could be a bit under the weather due to the shots and maybe a bit stressed from the grooming.

Just keep an eye on her fir any other symptoms.

She is still a puppy and her brain and body are developing.  You might notice some changes in behavior that will pass.  Just stick to her routine and be reassuring.
