Hello & welcome.....You may have an emergency on your hands.....8 days is long enough to wait.....The chicken bone could be lodged somewhere and cannot pass....Thus, causing a blockage....Blockage can lead to death......Cooked bones are dangerous to dogs!

This could also be the beginning of a number of puppy diseases (And have nothing to do with the bone).  Has he had his vaccines? We cannot diagnose him over the internet....

Either way, you need to see a Vet ASAP...If it's Parvo, it's fatal if left untreated.....Vomiting can cause dehydration that leads to many other problems.....Not eating obviously, is a problem also....You don't want him to loss any weight....You must see your Vet and have him checked out....Do not wait any longer.......Let us know what happens & I hope he's OK.....Karla

You need to get your puppy to the vet tonight.  Don't wait until tomorrow, go to an emergency vet now!  It could be stuck anywhere along the alimentary canal, but if he is vomiting and losing weight, there's a good chance the bone is lodged at the opening of the stomach, preventing him from eating anything and having it move through the stomach.  He WILL die if you don't get him to the vet because he'll starve to death.  Please post back when you get home and let us know how he is.

id say get him to the vet pretty soon, vomiting and losing weight while still very young can be detrimental to the puppies health and could cause serious consequences if left to long.  you don't want your puppy to get dehydrated!
hope it all works out :)
