puppy with runs

my black lab  german shorthiar puppy has the runs and wines alot he  cant  go longer then 2 hrs with out shiting and he only pees a lil bit and when he ***** there is almost blood in its stool and when he  sits on the floor he leaves a lil blood not much but there  i already gave him worm meds and his pupy shots but he is only 9 weeks old maybe 10 don no for sure please help

Your dog may have Parvo. Which WILL KILL HIM!!! If not immediatly treated.
Take your dog to the vet now!
