sick dog

My dog is 6/7 months old , she ate spoiled white chicken with bone and ham , she is now throwing up white/brown goo with foam . she cant eat she throws it up , she hardly drinks water , she looks very ill . Is there any home care advice ? I cant really go to the vet right now but I want to try and help her out ! Thanks.

Was the chicken cooked or raw? If cooked, then bones are a real problem as they are sharp and splinter easily, causing internal injury ... in this case, your dog needs a vet NOW otherwise you could lose her completely.
