straining while peeing for dogs

after my dog goes pee it strains and it acts like she still needs to pee and drops of blood come out . what does that mean ? what does she have ?

that would be a bad uti. plz take her to vet so she can get on meds , if you have every had one you know how uncomfortable it can be.  my baby had one she would pee than run to another spot  try again i notice she was dripping blood to hers was really bad and it had just started . so plz take asap.

Yep.  Urinary tract infection, kidney stones or bladder stones.  Definitely need to get your pup to a vet.  These are all very painful conditions that require medical care.  There is nothing you can do at home to help it.
