Sometimes after they get there shots they can feel bad for a few days. But with him having blood in hi bowel movements that is not a good thing.Has he been any where that he could have been exposed to Parvo. When he has diarrhea does it have a really bad smell to it and does he seem to be in pain.Parvo causes vomitting and diarrhea and they are really tired. You need to keep fluids in him and call your vet and tell them what is going on.They can do an ELISA test to check for Parvo.Did this start today?I would get him checked out cause with the vomiting and diarrhea that can cause him to get  .I hope he gets to feeling better soon. Please keep us posted

Vomiting on an empty stomach and certainly bloody stool is a very BAD sign.  Your dog is very young and cannot take much of this before death becomes a distinct possibility.  Call your regular vet clinic now.  They should have an outgoing message directing you to an ER clinic.  I'm serious.  This really is an emergency and can't wait.
