I would like to say that when I responded to your other post, the one asking this same question, I mentioned herbal treatments. At the time I replied I did not realize you were referring to treatment for your dog. I thought that other post had been accidentally put on this forum, and was referring to Human treatment.
On NO account treat your dog with any of the herbs I mentioned in that other post, without fully checking with a vet first, and that would have to be a vet who knows about herbal treatment of dogs.
As Ghilly said, many products and remedies which are fine for Humans, can be poisonous for dogs, or indeed any other animal, as their whole systems are different to ours. That includes Herbal remedies. Some are fine, some are not. Only a qualified Herbal Vet would know.
Sometimes the antibiotics CAN kill too much of the good bacteria in the gut, but I am not familiar with pine nut oil OR Manuka honey, so be sure to talk to your vet before giving them to your dog since I don't know about their safety, and sometimes things that are perfectly safe for us to eat can be deadly for a dog or cat to eat.
You can also talk to your vet about feeding your dog acidophilus yogurt or a product called BeneBac. BeneBac is a product that contains beneficial gut bacteria and it is used to repopulate the gut with good bacteria in cases like the one you describe.
