Can anyone help me find proper treatment that hopefully Medicaid will pay for?

For 4 years I have had symptoms after symptom take over my body and my life. Up until approx year and half ago I was pegged as an anxious hypochondriac because Drs couldn't figure out what was going on, based on "routine" tests. When the right tests started giving answers, diagnoses were coming from every direction. The only problem, nothing seemed to be the cause of another. It was like many different things going on in my body at once. To date my diagnoses are connective tissue disorder, Myopathy (possible myositis), small fiber neuropathy, Dysautonomia, sinus tachycardia, neurocardiogenic syncope, pace maker due to heart block, exercise induced hypoxemia and chronic respiratory failure. But why is it that no one sends me for treatment. My body is in severe distress. I cant walk 100 feet without oxygen dropping to 80s and legs becoming so painful I can't lift my feet to walk. As soon as I sit, everything levels out for about 2 min then I become extremely lethargic and BP drops to 80s over 50s. It takes me days to recuperate. To do so I have to be almost on bed rest. Then it starts all over again.I cant function this way. My thought process is slow, I get words mixed up memory is terrible and anxiety and depression are not a big help either. I am at a point it feels like my body is shutting down, literally. Please, anyone that can help me figure out what to do where to go. Oh, and I forgot to mention now, due to inactivity I have been developing blood clots in my lungs. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
