Loss of breath during shower?

Ok. So ill be taking a shower and it can be cold, warm or semi hot and out of nowhere i cant breath at all, and i have seats in my shower, but it only lasts till i change the temperature opposite of what its set to I.E. if cold switch to warm or semi hot and vise versa, and if warm i can switch either way, so it kinda bothers me that ive came to the conclusion its not a certain temperature effect, and it can happen if my head is being ran over with water by the shower or if in soaping my body with the water pointed away from me. Also i never had asthma or anything of that nature, i am a smoker but not a heavy smoker in any sense of the word, i have been told by my phtsician i do have fluid in my lungs but he said its nothing out of the ordinary (then he retired a week later) but maybe the liquid he said in my lungs contributes to some sort of water pressure around the body drowning type reaction? I dont know, i know its not dry drowning!! Who gets that?
