Low and High Blood Pressure?

I was diagnosed with POTS and NCS a few years ago. I was doing really well for a while but now it seems the my blood pressure is becoming more unstable. I used to hang out in 90/60 sometimes 80/50's and still do hit lows but now it is also jumping high randomly like 134/108. Any idea why this may be happening? I was originally diagnosed after at Tilt Table Test at Mayo and our insurance no longer covers Mayo. I'm sure it's time to follow up but not sure if I should see a neurologist or cardiologist. I don't want to be put on medication that lowers it because it already does drop low and usually hangs out there. Any thoughts??
