Need help figuring out what's going on?

So I had an event monitor and was instructed to push the button whenever I felt "off". On the results, EVERY SINGLE time I pushed the button, there's a change in the rythym. My doctor said it's normal because the heart normally responds that way to stress, but every single time this happens, I feel light-headed, dizzy, like every muscle gives out, and I get cataplectic-like episode. What I'm wondering is why every time my heart has one of these "normal reactions", why body responds the way it does? Why do I feel it so extremely? Why does it make me fall when I'm standing and cause seizure-like tremors?
