Worried about Daughter

My 13 year old daughter is dizzy upon standing from a lying down position.  Aside from that, she does not tolerat the heat very well and is always feeling warm.  Went to her pediatrician and her are the blood pressure and heart rate results

No tilt test so far.  Her blood pressure reading recently was-

after lying down 5 min-97/53, heartrate 61
after standing 1 min-99/60, heartrate 79
after standing 3 min-100/54, heartrate 76
after the 3 min, she began to feel dizzy and sat down

The doc said it is posturaly orthostatic hypotension, but the nurse made a comment about maybe POTS.

We have tried salt tablets and increasing her fluids.  No worse.  No better.

Seeing the cardiologist this week.  Any thoughts?  Thanks in advance.
