feeling "unwell" again

I have now and have had for over twenty years a variety of symptoms and all are on the list of markers for dysautonomia.  But I think I was tested for POTS with a negative result.  I have blacked out twice that I know of and have felt like I could fall down any minute for weeks and months at a time with only a few days when I was able to get around like I normally would.  You might think this is just the aging process, but the onset or worsening of symptoms was markedly connected to a couple of emergency surgeries.

I have found some treatments and therapies that  helped or eventually helped, but nothing yet has been 100% effective, but have also used some therapies that may have made me feel worse -- like healthy whole wheat bread.

How and where can I get help to diagnose what I do have?
