little pain inside throat while talking

I am 32 years old .Height is 5'-6" . frequently I get cold (after 1-2 months) . I have synous problem and little allergy in skin sometimes .
from the last 4 months I am getting problem to speak because of little pain inside my throat below .Sometimes pain after talking . no pain to eat and swallow .
Please give me an advise ..................

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Your symptoms could be due to disorders like laryngitis, vocal nodules, vocal polyp and sometimes contact ulcers on the vocal cords. But these changes are reversible if the causative factors are dealt with. And sometimes voice therapy is helpful. You will need to consult your primary care physician for further evaluation, who may then refer you to an ENT specialist.

Thank you so much for your advise . I visited to several ENT  Consultant they told me it not permanently curable . They advised me to talk very little .

And I feel something is attaching with my throat inside . Sometime throat feel  dry .9 years ago I got pharyngitis and I took treatment. from childhood I had regular tonsil pain .  8 years ago because of infection surgically my tonsils are removed . I didnt feel any problem after removing these many years but last 4 months I got problem regularly .some doctor advised this is pharyngitis and I took antibiotics , then penicillin medicine and allergy medicine but no improvement . please consider these information for advice .
