Air Force Pilot needs Unsteadiness Help

Hello an thank you for your time,
I am a 30 year old Air Force Fighter pilot in need of help/advice on my current medical condition I have been dealing with since March 2018. It all started when I was driving to work and all of a sudden it felt like I was about to faint and my peripheral vision collapsed all the way. I actually never fainted and recovered right after but felt a little sick and tired the rest of the day. Ever since then my situation has been on going. I waited 1.5 weeks from that day to finally go to the doctor for the following symptoms: Unsteadiness, facial(sinus pressure) around my eyes, difficulty concentrating, change in vision(easy to focus close but giving me a headache to look far away and image isn’t crisp). The doc thought it might me some sort of cold so prescribed me cold meds…. 3 weeks later I went back in with the same symptoms. They did a CT and blood work and found my right maxillary signs was completely blocked. All blood labs were good to go. We tried to treat it with antibiotics and steroids but had no affect so we had to do surgery.

It is now 4 weeks after surgery and the ENT said my sinus looks great! The problem is my symptoms have not subsided. I have been to the eye doctor 3 times and we have changed my prescription 3 times. It feels like I have the wrong prescription causing me to be unbalanced, giving me a headache and causing facial pain(like eyes having to focus) but can see fine with the prescription. I just don’t know what to do from here.

I haven’t been able to fly since March because of the unsteadiness and is putting my career in jeopardy. I have been researching on the internet and found your website and thought I would reach out. Any help or advice would be huge.

Thank you for your time!
