Bump on lobe of ear.

Ive noticed that on my left ear, on the outer lobe (like not the actual lobe but the bit further up that goes round the outside of the ear) that there is a very small bump, when I pinch it it feels really hard. It doesn't hurt at all, even when I pinch it.

Its been there for a few months now and nothings happened.
What could it be?
