Can I have hurt my throat this bad?

So the other day (a few days ago) I was practicing scales for my voice. When my husband got him he scared me a bit and I must have turned around pretty quickly. I noticed after that, that the left side of my throat hurt pretty bad. I took a break singing until the next day but it kept getting worse. The muscle pain spread into my jaw and today up into my temple. Now it hurts like crazy from the left bottoms of my collar bone, up through my throat, into my temple and it started throbbing. I’m at the point of tears and I’m not sure where it’s coming from. I don’t think it’s my teeth since it started in my throat. When I talk/eat/swallow it feels more intense! Please help!
