What if I didn't go to a doctor about a broken nose until years later?

I injured my nose 3 years ago by walking into a door. It hurt so much I couldn't even get anywhere close to touching it. It didn't bleed though, and since I don't like going to doctors I never went. But it still hurts today, every time I blow my nose and especially when I rub it. I didn't notice anything at the time either, but I do notice now it's just slightly bent at the end, don't know it it's enough for a doctor to notice though.
Is it too late to do anything if I go to the doctor now? I'm so tired of it hurting by the tiniest things.
