Clogged ears, runny nose, sinus pain

I have a perpetually runny nose.  I don't have a cold, but there is a constant, slow drip.  My ears keep feeling "clogged", especially when I exercise and my nose runs more.  I have to yawn or sniff to clear my ears, but they just get clogged again a few seconds later.  Also, I have (and have always had) frequent sinus headaches.  I assume these syptoms are all related??  What can I do about the clogging ears?  It is driving me crazy!

I am going thru the same thing and just had several tests - they just showed minor Sinusitis. My Allergist told be to take Afrin for the ear clogged feeling. (its a nasal spray) but you can't take it everyday, only for 3 to 5 days tops. If you find any answers on the clogged ears, let me know. I get really off-balanced and feel crummy alot. - Carol
