Constant Smell of Cigarettes

I have a constant smell of cigarette smoke for the last 2 weeks. I am an ex smoker and it smells and feels like I am the one smoking, yet nobody else around me can smell it. Any clue?

Research phantosmia - phantom smells.  Cigarrette smell is the typical odor people experience.  You might want to look up parosmia as well.  These two conditions can becaused by several things and you should see an ENT. The usualy is an upper respiratory tract infection (cold, flu, or sinus infection).

I hope you find some answers.

You are welcome.  I hope that you find some answers.  I am formally diagnosed with praosmia, althought I have totally different symptoms.  There is a group on Yahoo about this that can be very helpful.
