DEVIATED SEPTUM AND EAR PROBLEMS?

Has anyone else experienced hearing loss or impairment with problems associated with deviated septums or nasal spurs?  I have a deviated septum that has been giving me a lot of nasal blockage feelings and breathing difficulty.  My hearing has also gotten worse..which coincidentally has been a genetic thing in my family.....so is the deviated septum.....

I have problems with fluid in my ears as well as what they say is neural hearing loss based on my hearing tests.. the fluid is impossible to get to drain out....

if anyone has had the septoplasty surgery vs rhinoplasty please respond.....

I have been on antibiotics for three and a half months with no relief!
When I lay down my headache,sinus pressure is much much better. When I get up however it returns full force with my heart pounding ect! I feel like I am having an anxiety attack:( I do sinus flushes,probiotics,lots of water. The sweating is awful my head feels like it's on fire and I am not really doing anything. Rock

did u find the reason of ur hearing loss? did u get any treatment...i recently got the same diagnosis...help plz
