Hello and hope you are doing well.
Middle ear infections can cause dizziness. So, if the infection subsides your dizziness should subside. You can continue with the nasal sprays to prevent the allergic reactions. Environmental triggers for allergic reactions like changes in weather, temperature and water sources are difficult to avoid, but being aware can help you take adequate precautions. If you are aware of the triggers please avoid them or take anti-histamines. If the present antihistamines are not very effective you can consult your doctor for long acting ones. You can also consult an allergy specialist, he may help to desensitize you.

Thank you for such a detailed explanation, yesterday i came down with a fever. I saw a doctor and he saw I had a ear infection, said it was red inside.. Gave me antibiotics for it.. But the dizziness is still there with a stuffy blocked nose.. I'v tryed the nose sprayes and they only help for a few days.. Where I live it's always windy and lots of vegetation from trees plants and mountains.. So my allergies are out of control any advice?
Hello and hope you are doing well.
The constant runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion could be due to vasomotor rhinitis, in which the symptoms occur in response to a trigger, like eating spicy food or going outside in the cold. The primary treatment is simply avoiding the things that trigger your symptoms. It is often treated with a drying nasal spray (like Atrovent) and antihistamines like chlopheneramine and lovatidine are effective. Nasal decongestant drops too relieve congestion.
This can cause a post nasal drip causing an irritation in throat. There are tubes called ‘Eustachian tubes’ which connect the middle ear to the throat, this balances the air pressure in the ears. This tube can get blocked due to infections of the throat, which can give lead to a feeling of fullness in the ears. This can also result in infection of the ears. This can cause ear pain and vertigo. Please consult your primary care physician for further evaluation.
