Ear Popping, Clicking Tapping

I went jogging this morning and my left ear was manking a popping noise.  I have had issues with nasal congestion.  Could this be the cause?  I just got of the 3 day Z-pack. Want to make sure it is not anything serious.

The conclusion was rare PACS & PVCS sometime correlated with documentation
Underlying rythm is sinus rythm

I am 38 not history of heart issues or desease in my family.

All started 1 month after taking Singulair & Azmanex - Not happening as much now but I am still worried - I did not have any SVT, VT or any other issues on my holter monitor.  Should I be concerned and see a Cardiologist?
Any reassurance would be greatly appriciated.
Thank you

Wish I could help you. I have had ear popping, clicking noises for years - and just recently more sneezing and congestion.  It seems to happne more when the glands in my throat are not clearing the mucus away (and are swollen).  Try some lemon juice in your tea to help the glands  or even a netti pot to drain your sinuses.  This helps me sometimes.
