Did you ever resolve this problem?  Have a similar issue after flying with a head cold.  No results after 3 months also!

Fullness in the ear I'm told one cause is the oval, and or round window being stretched.  And as well can be an infection in the inner ear, and can be other possible causes creating a high pressure in the inner ear.  Middle ear problems I don't know well enough to suggest any possibilities other than what Carol suggests.

Inner ear problems all mimic each other so it is hard to diagnose them.

Hi Justur,
I am glad your MRI was clear!   Did they try putting you on antibiotics?
If it is ETD you need decongestants or even nasal steroids or  antihistamine nasal spray --- ask your doctor for help and see if he can prescribe those for you to see if they help, If  they help, it is ETD.

not sure about Hydrops - I don't know anything about that.

TMJ does not sound likely, that is a painful situation, not sure about fullness in the ear. When you chew or talk too much or extend jaw, it can cause headaches, jaw and neck pain and even ear pain, but not sure about a fullness feeling.

Ask the doc about ETD treatment, just to try getting relief.

Have any of the many Doctors you have seen --- taken any kind of a CT scan or MRI ?

Or are they just looking in your ear and not seeing anything so figuring nothing is wrong?

I did not have pain, I had pressure.   Until my face went numb, no one took an MRI.

And an ANA coming back positive can be anything.    It is an autoimmune test, but can't pinpoint why it is showing up until you find out what is wrong.   Could be a simple infection.

If no one has taken an MRI - ask for one.

Good luck!
