Ear plugged 2 months.... help...
My right ear has been plugged 2 months now.
I do Neti pot, vit C, mucinex, probiotics, seeing naturopath, MD prescribed cortisone, starting 2nd round of antibiotics, can't get in to an ENT until 2 months from now. I constantly plug my nose and blow out, nothing unplugs it.
I have an appointment for acupuncture soon.
I eat healthy, no dairy or wheat.
I have no energy, this is ruining my life, what to do?
