Ear problem

My mother is 41 years old. She persistently hears the sound of an ocean as if she ifs standing in a beach. Moreover, she also has an occasional tingling sensation and numbness on the part of the head which is above this year. Can anyone help me by explaining what this is and what can be done?

She needs to see an ENT and be evaluated.  A CT scan may be necessary to diagnose the cause of these symptoms.

Take care.
