Eustachian tube dysfunction??

I started out about two months ago hearing my heartbeat in my ear when I would be in the bathroom.  Strange, but that's when I noticed it.  Then about three and a half weeks ago I started getting ringing in my ears, a high-pitched hissing sound.  It has been driving me insane.  I went to a free clinic and was told that my ears look normal and I had tinnitus and basically to live with it.  I went and had a free hearing test and was told that my hearing is perfect, but when they did the test where they put it on the bone behind the ear, there was what he called a gap, indicating something behind the eardrum, I think is what he said.  About a week after having my ears looked at, I then started developing a feeling of fullness in my left ear, like it had water or something in it, and it really irritates me when I have the feeling.  This last Sunday while driving 40 minutes away up and down steep heels, I had a popping sensation and it sounded like tinfoil in my ear, and when I stopped and got out of the car, I was really dizzy.  Lately it has also felt like a bug is crawling in there sometimes.  I'm taking Sudafed and Nasacort regularly.  Yesterday for the first time I felt great, but today the tinnitus is back with a vengeance.  I feel like I've probably had allergies for a very long time and never knew it, because I was coughing up a lot of crap since taking the Sudafed.  I've always had  blockage of the left side of my nose, it seems like, and had surgery for a deviated septum many years ago.  It seems like it just clogged back up again over the years.  I'm told it will be $600 to be seen by an ENT doctor, and I have no insurance and cannot afford it.  I don't know what to do.  I just want the ringing to stop. Can anyone please help me???  I want to know if the tinnitus is caused by all this, whatever it is.

Thanks!

We only have two options where I live, and it's $600.  I called and talked to patient business services.  It has to be paid the same day.
