Foul Odor when I breath like I'm decaying, headaches, right ear aches.

Since March I've had occasional tooth sensitivity & inside my gums hurt. I go to dentists but xrays are fine. In April, I started having headaches & right ear aches. I moved out of a moldy room but continue to have major headaches. In June embarrassing foul smell from my mouth. Diagnosed with sinusitis in July from primary doctor.
This month tightening of my chest, also like I have something stuck in the back of my throat. I swallow but the feeling that mucus is still there & doesn't go away. I recently had a CT from my second ENT, the results are ok. I'm embarrassed to go out bc the odor is obvious, ppl look at me in the train & stores. Seems like muscus or Bacteria reacts to AC more.
I have asthma and allergic to dog & indoor mold. My family has dogs & I avoid exposing my self to avoid these things from making my symptoms worse. I've read that it can be tonsils or fungal infection. How can I test what I have bc I'm even embarrassed to go to interviews. I want this to go away so that I can have a full-time again & step out of the house wo being self conscious. What can I do next?

My ENT suggested I have Gerd about a month but recalling my symptoms I had this foul odor since June 2014. I avoid any fruits or anything that might cause more stomach acid because I still breath out foul odors anytime during the day. I'm wondering if my exposure to indoor mold in March/April caused Gerd? I'm wondering if my ENT doctor will do an endoscopy & when? I also gained 10 lbs & barely exercise now. If anyone is familiar with this please comment. Thanks.

Your problem isn't unusual, you can see some of the possible causes here, under Revolting Sinus Odors

http://www.medhelp.org/user_journals/show/2322/The-Sinus-Flush

You may wish to try a Neilmed Sinus Rinse, to remove any doubt that it's a sinus infection of the lower sinuses.  If it's caused by mold or fungus, I haven't seen an effective treatment in the medical literature yet, but some people are having luck with antifungal medication delivered through a nebulizer. Purely experimental, and you'll have to convince your ENT to prescribe it.
