Green drainage after ear tubes and adenoidectomy

My son had tubes placed in his ears and adenoids removed 3 days ago.  Last night he had a slight fever and today has green drainage like with a sinus coldk, but no fever.  He is on antibiotics, but has been on several rounds this month for the ears.  My doctors office is closed.  Should I be worried or is this just the healing process?  He feels fine and is playing, but I am worried about infection.
