Head, Ears, Near Fainting

please be patient as this will be  lengthy.  I loved my job (no longer there at the moment) and was going to school, only taking one class. I'm 33, female, married, 3 dogs and 1 cat, no kids. Average stress, nothing more than usual.  Oldest of 7 children, family was pretty poor growing up. That being said, I have always had gum problems no matter how much I brushed and flossed. A few years back, my dental hygenist suggested I get blood work done due to the frequent cleaning I needed. My next obgyn visit I requested blood work and the results where as follows.

Sjogren's Anti-SS-A   4.8  High
so I was referred to a rheumatologist which I never went due to low pay and no insurance. Back in february, I went to a dermatologist because for years my fingers would get inflamed, itch, scab, ooze a yellowish fluid and it was only getting worse. One doctor thought fungal, ointment did not work. A nurse friend actually thought yeast infection because I used to work at a laundromat when it started and we handled clients dirty clothes, sometimes without gloves. It finally got really bad and the dermatologist I went to looked at it for a few seconds and said eczema, given steroid ointments for inflammation, 1 week on, 1 week off. So here comes my story. We just moved to a new home in January. In October or so, at my last home, I ran into my room and belly flopped on the bed. I felt a sudden headrush and my ears became stuffy as though I was at a high altitude. I had just cleaned the yard a few days earlier, my dogs feces and it was windy and i know I inhaled all kinds of stuff despite my best efforts. I got sick soon after and it was horrible, flu like, and for the first time my uvula was severly swollen. I constantly felt like gagging. Got better, but the random feeling of my ears stopping up and my face and head feeling "full" persisted, especially when resting on my belly side. OKAY,  so now we fast forward to March 6th, I'm working and having a normal day. Had a meal before work, and it happened. I was standing at the cash register waiting for a couple to pay, when i felt a little discomfort in my abdomen area, and then I felt a heavy fullness in my head, and the best way for me to describe it is like when you're having your blood pressure taken and your arm gets weak in that area, slightly tingly, and I felt light headed and THEN I felt the sudden "doom' feeling, but not prior to that. I tilted my head up a little (like when you are going to drink out of a glass) and it was worse as I felt for the first time ever I was about to faint. I didnt even finish the transaction when my coworker saw me grabbing the counter for stability and called 911.. Was in the hospital for 5 nights. Found a cyst in my maxillary, bulging discs in my lower spine, and the cardiologist said he "believes" I have a bicuspid valve but not the cause of my sudden attack or whatever happened. The neurologist thought anxiety but the primary and the cardiologist disagreed.  They actually considered bells palsey due to the tingling in my face but didn't really end up agreeing on any one thing. So I was sent home. I went back to work 3 nights later, glad to be back when it happened again. Same thing, at the register and I immediately sat down. Went home and a few nights later here at home, I couldn't shake the feeling of my head and ears being severely full, started to feel light headed, back to hospital. results of blood work.

and thats it really. I still have this awful feeling day and night of fullness in my ears, head, pressure around my sinuses the back of my ears and neck,  my teeth and jaw feels sore, Sometimes I feel slight muscle twitches usually along my legs somewhere or even my bum area. When Im lying down, sometimes when I switch sides, its as though my nasal areas clear slightly and so do my ears, but only for a few seconds. The only other thing that I can think of that was different before all this is i noticed sometimes I would get a sudden adrenaline rush, i would get a little shaky and I felt as though I was in a hurry to get somewhere.  after all this, I am really becoming more worried as I have not been to a doctor since then and now I actually am getting anxiety to the point where I wont drive for fear of passing out and hurting someone on the road or myself. I went to church, which I love, and sitting there got so tense I started crying and had to leave early.. I feel my vision has gotten slightly worse (blurry) and my ears hurt when I use my cell phone, which I've been using for at least 10 yrs instead of a land line. Please, I know this was long but I cant take this ugly feeling in my head and ears. I 've had so may opinions from Lyme disease to blood clot, to infection of my teeth and gums or ears, diabetes, viral or bacterial infection, parasitic infection, carotid thrombosis, adrenal or thyroid, and I dont know where to start. Neurologist, cardiologist, other specialist, dentist?   I'm afraid to google these things for fear of making myself a huge mess with paranoia..  So please, any physician especially, or someone who thinks they can point me in the right direction, I need help figuring this out so I can conquer it and get my life back...
