Hearing loss after tubes in ears

I had tubes put into my ears and now I have lost most of my hearing. Dr ,doesn't seem to concerned. He said well I have a hole in my ear drum. Well it's from the tubes. Also I keep,getting dizzy a lot. He just wants to give me medication for this. Is this common and will I lose all of my jeri g now

Well, I would tell this Dr.take them out!

   don't know about using tubes to drain ears but I drain mine by popping my Eustachian tubes

You are right Jim,tubes are not meant to drain, which I thought it did,adults should not get ear tubes,it's not worth the trouble while they are in the ear,. having mine out in Sept.and really hoping for the best results.
