I have Lost sense of taste and smell

I have one 5yo child and suffered hormonal changes post birth, which I was told was thyroid, which caused severe depression and anxiety.
Took a long time to recover from and start to feel "normal" again.
Fast forward to now and a few months ago I had a miscarriage, after that I had a copper T IUD put in, it was somewhere around this time I have completely lost my sense of taste and only very occasionally can smell anything. I've also been very run down ever since and get headaches, feel stressed, tired, lathargic all the time. I'm wondering if this could be hormone related as in could it be I've had some sort of hormonal issue from being pregnant, or could it be related to the copper T (which has no hormones) I can't specifically recall if this taste issue started when I was pregnant or after miscarriage.  I am not on any medications.

I don't have an answer for you, but i had the flu in Feb and lost my sense of taste and smell, and it has not returned.  Also, I still don't feel good since then.  Fatigued, mild headache, scalp sensitivity, full ear feeling and swollen gland. Its very weird.
