I have ear fullness after sudden loud music from my earphones. Is this dangerous?

Good morning! I was hoping you could help me with my case
While listening to music yesterday with my earphones, I accidentally shot the volume up from 40% to 100%
I immediately took out my earphones but as soon as I did I felt ear fullness in my right ear. Like how you feel when your ear is slightly clogged
I don't have any pain or ringing in my ears, and my hearing seems to be okay
It's just this feeling of fullness that's bothering me
I went to an ENT doctor today so he took out wax from my ear - I don't any feel better or different, it's still the same.
I know it's only been a day, but will this improve? What can I do to relieve this ear fullness? And I hope there's no permanent damage or I hope it will go away.
I would really appreciate your reply
Thank you x
