Dr. Arti Sharma,

Thanks Dr. Arti Sharma, after writing above post i was meet Dr. Bridger (R) Arshad chohan. He is a Consultant of ENT. He checked my ear & show me my left ear condition by big screen. I saw my left Ear (ear drum) have had a hole.
he give me some medicine like serc16, CYCIN 500mg & Ear drops Dexatob all the medicine used 15 day's. Then again i will go there for check up. Then he will give me time to fill my ear drum & he said after repairing the ear drum result achieved only 10% it's very low result.... I want to get 95% result.
I will follow your comments & discuss all off Dr. Arshad chohan.
I will keep sending my treatment to you on there & hope u will stay here & give more advised....
Thanks
Saqib Ali

Hello,
A complete ENT evaluation may be helpful for determining the correct cause of your symptoms. Temporary hearing loss can be seen in Eustachian tube dysfunction or collapse. The cause could be an inner ear problem if your symptom of loss of hearing is accompanied with tinnitus and dizziness. It could also be due to a middle ear infection. The other common causes for loss of hearing are cerumen (ear wax) impaction and otitis externa. You will need to consult your primary care physician for further evaluation, who may then refer you to an ENT specialist. An ENT examination, auditory brain stem response (ABR), a computerized test of the hearing nerves and brain pathways and CT/MRI brain may be needed to diagnose the cause for your symptoms. Treatment lies in treating the underlying cause.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
