Inner Ear Vibrations

I am experiencing a vibrating sensation in my inner left ear.  It is very annoying and distracting.  Sometimes I lose my balance slightly, but, recover quickly.  Is this something I should be worried about?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The condition needs proper evaluation. The cause could be an inner ear problem with your symptoms of tinnitus and dizziness. It could also be due to a middle ear infection. You will need to consult your primary care physician for further evaluation, who may then refer you to an ENT specialist. An ENT examination, auditory brain stem response (ABR), a computerized test of the hearing nerves and brain pathways and CT/MRI brain may be needed to diagnose the cause for your symptoms. Treatment lies in treating the underlying cause.

Follow the bhramri technique 21 times.
Also press the ear point 40 times. Ear point is at the top of the palm of hands between the index finger and middle finger.
Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Duration : 5 to 21  times
