Is it a sinus infection?

For the last year I have got sinus infections at least once a month. But this time it feels different. I'm going to the doctor's tomorrow I think. BUT help. Over the weekend it felt like I had drainage but when I would try to get it out it wouldon't come out. Instead my nose got plugged up. So I would try swallowing and nothing. At times I feel like I'm choking. I also have a very bad taste in my mouth. That as soon as I would brush my teeth it's back. My throat does feel dry alot. Like that when I breathe it goes and drys out my throat. I try to blow my nose but nothing has really came out. And what does has been a light green. Any help??

From my experience, I would put one shot of afrin in each nostril and wait about 5 minutes till the nose is clear then lie on a bed and drain the loose flood also flushing with neilmed before lying down.  The main goal is to get the fluid free and then to drain it.  Closed sinuses are a welcome mat for evil things.
