My brain spins constantly

I had a psychosis a wile ago, after i went to a psychiatryst and gave me the tratament, my psychosis was gone, but i was left with another problem, my head (spins verry fast) and i can see it with my eye's closed, it's verry rapid and disturbing, i don't have nausea, out of ballance, or to think is vertigo...... Its just the on going rapid spin in my head that i can see in my prefrontal cortex, what to do or what doctor ahould i consult cause i didn't hear of no one to have this tipe of problem....
