Nasal area problem

For about a month or 2 I have been noticing my left nastril seems to be not put to par like my right side.I'm bad at explaining so I'll try my best.Just wondering your thoughts and ideas and if anyone else has felt this way.If I were to blow my nose my right side is fine my left can blow but not nearly the power as my right. Some day's I notice it's a little plugged, which that I understand can make a differece. But on day where I'm not plugged it's weird. When I breath in if feels way colder on the left as if it's not going to my lungs as it should I feel it more in my throat. Can your nostril close up? If kinda feels that why I guess.I don't smoke or anything. Can your lung shrink...I wish I knew how to explain myself better ugh...Can you have a hole somewhere in nostril breathing area? I do have a swollen  esophagus & take 2 pills a day call "Perry-oit" not sure of the spelling sorry. If I were to suck in if I have a tickle in my nose or whatever I can feel it vibrate my left nostril and not the right. Is this to do with my throat issue? It's like my breathing is off or something.I remember my doctor once saying you have a really "wow" in your nose(bend I was guessing) I'm 25 yrs old and nothings bothered me until now could it be this? But why the right normal? and left not?

Thanks in advanced,
& So sorry for my bad spelling and very bad explaining of things.

I can also try to pop my ears and the left doesn't really do anything and the right will.I haven't played any sports or been hit in the nose.
