Nasal cavity red area, not sure what is that

(Sorry for my bad english) Hi all, hope someone can help my anxiety. Trough years i developed some hypochondriac factors, i started to watch and explore carefully every single side of my body.

I Watched inside my nose, where i can see some redness area with white lumps (?) inside, both cavity of nose, even nasal septum seems redness to me, like an infection or something, and im not sure for how long i have that, i got no pain and nothing of nothing. Only 2 years ago, on summer, i remember i got some chronic stuffy nose that he passed by himself. No Symptoms.

I try to post a pic of it, maybe someone can tell me what is going on and if i should visit my doctor. Because i really concerned about it. Thanks

I don't think this sounds like anything to be concerned about, but if it would help reassure you that it's ok- you can always have the doctor check it out.
