Not sure who to turn to.

I called a few ENT doctors and gave them my list of symptoms and they state they deal only with ENT. It's not coincidence that I get all these problems, instead it's from one source. They didn't seem to get that. Should I even deal with going to an ENT or find a different one? Reason I asked is their price was reasonable and I don't have health insurance. Also ive had these problems around 9 months and got them right after Ive been sick for a week. It seemed being sick may have triggered something?

Sinus Congestion
Fingernail Ridges/Splitting
Hair Lose(head, eyelashes, eyebrows)
Getting some greyhairs on my head
Swollen Eyelids, dry eyes(sometimes)
Vision Problems(Shadowing, double vision) (eye pressure)
Lymph Nodes
Enlarged Spleen
Chronic Fatigue(when I wakeup my whole body is aching most the time, aches go away around hour later)
Armpit odor, very irritated/red/painful when using deodorant
Head aches, ear pressure(sometimes earaches)
Neck muscles seem swollen
Coughed up a few tonsil stones over the last 9 months
Throat seems to have an odor coming from it sometimes.

Yes, you need a BETTER PCP or your can consult an Internal Medicine physician.  I prefer Internal Medicine physicians.  ENT doesn't sound appropriate for you at this point.  I am not too keen on PAs and NPs in lieu of seeing a physician especially when you don't know what is wrong with you.

I am not for sure which medical area I should turn too. Was just thinking ENT since most the problems I have are around the ENT region. I have been to a PCP and other random family physicians. The doctors/PA's Ive been to don't seem to know what I have. I am trying to find a place to get my FT3/FT4 levels checked related to my thyroid. That may just be the issue, which I hope it is. Cause it explains a lot of what I have, plus no more bouncing from doctor-to-doctor.

It would either be ENT or internal medicine, if I had to choose one. Maybe I need a better PCP.

It doesn't matter if his/her "price is right" and/or you can "get right in to see him/her,"  you have to go to someone who is APPROPRIATE for your situation.

Why have you chosen ENT to follow up with your complaints?  It does not sound like an ENT situation to me.  No PCP/Family Physician at all?  That who you should be consulting.
