Possible damaged mucus mebrains/septum.

Hi.im 31 living in the uk.
I suffer from health anxiety and ocd.
All help is very much appreciated.

About a month ago i was suffering with another staph infection in my nose and was using my cream prescribed by my doctor to try and get rid of it. (Naseptin)
When putting the cream in my nose i thought i found a lump, in the bottom back middle bit of the septum which i belive is now a bone i was touching.
It seemed to be bigger on one side and Easley touchable on the right more than the left. But belive this might be due to the fact i think i have a slightly deviated septum.
Because i couldnt stop touxhing and pushing proding around in my nose i made it bleed and infected a bad infection and sinus one too.

I also felt a slight bump on my septum near the top and couldmt stop scratching the bump to the point i made it bleed 2 days in a row thinking that if i scratched off the bump it would be smooth like the other side and i would stop worrying.

After scratching and picking at this small soft bump on my septum it didnt go away it just made my nose bleed a really iritated.
I thought the septum should be flat and smooth with no bumps ? And at the time thought it would help.
Now after trying to stop myself from scrating at it. There is a lot more soft bumpy tissue formed on my septum.

Question.
1.Should the septum be flat and smooth on both sides. ?

2 could the initial bump formed from me poking and proding in my nose too much.

3. After really scratching and rubbing at the bump resulting in this accumulation of soft tissue and the initional bump becoming bigger and a smaller one now under it go away if i leave it alone.

4. When i was scratching at it in the first place the surface fely rubbery and smooth before next morning the bumpy tissuse appeared. Maybe really damaging the mucus membrain. But no hole through the septum.

5. Is the bumps and soft tissuse feeling my nose trying to fix itsself.( i hope so.)
And if no hole in the septum can the damage fix itself over time. ?

Please help. Im really worried. X
