Problem in Ear
My maid is facing a problem. She is observing that water is coming out from her left ear for past one and half months. For this reason, she has not put water in her hair while taking a bath, but daily water comes out of her hair. For past 2 days she was not well, having headaches and revealed this thing today only. Please help me and suggest what to do.

1.5 months is very long, it sounds like it could be a perforated eardrum with otorrhea
I would take her to the doctor, she may need antibiotics
if you don't it can spread, causing mastoiditis, even more serious
