Red bubble under tongue!

I have a red bubble under my tongue that is either filled with liquid or blood. It is not painful, but it's uncomfortable having it there. I just felt it this morning, so I googled it. It does not look like mucocele. Just imagine blowing the skin under your tongue into a bubble, but red. What could it be and what should I do?
