My voice is breaking like I am 13 years old again (I'm 22)

For the past year, my voice has been occasionally cracking. This is distressing - I'm 22, not 13. About 2 years ago I had glandular fever - could there be a connection? Might there be damage to my vocal cord?

Could be an allergy when it started have you eaten or Drunk anything unusual, even Alcohol can cause it, Best get the Doc to check your throat in case there an infection, also for any swollen glands , have you checked out when it happens is it at night, when you wake in the Morning ,most things have a pattern .
