Severe sore throat after coke binge

So I've been an occasional coke user through out my 20s and 30s and fully stopped over 5 years ago.  About a week ago I was hanging out with some old friends and one of them gifted me a g for old times sake.  Since the fam was away I pretty much ended up snorting the whole g over the course of the evening. This was 5 days ago and I've had severe sore throat the likes of which I've never experienced before.  Only explanation is that I haven't done it in so long and the coke must have been cut with some unknown abrasive chemical which has not sat well with me.  In either case I'm a bit worried because in all my years of partying this has never happened.  I usually had a mild sore throat last a day or 2 but this seems to be getting worse as the days roll by.  should I just make an appointment with an ENT or my regular doctor?
