Unusual problem with my throat...

I have an unusual problem with my throat, but I'm not sure what it is. I have a few symptoms:
1. Constant post nasal drip
2. Very bad breath (so bad someone from 20 feet away can smell the bad breath)
3. Orange colored material at the back of the throat (what is this)
4. White bubble-like material at the back of my throat.

Here's an image: http://i.imgur.com/uVu4kRu.jpg
Any help would be appreciated. I'm thinking this might be some sort of fungal infection (candida?)
