Slight dizziness for 2.5 weeks after BPPV vertigo

I am 31 years old and have had three bad episodes of BPPV vertigo that have lasted on an off for about a week each. I had it again about a month ago. After a week I tried a maneuver that has worked in the past. The full vertigo (strong rooms spinning when turning to the left or right or looking up) went away.

However, since then about 2.5 weeks now) have felt almost constantly, slightly dizzy/out of it. Is this common? I don't remember this from my last episode (about 8 years ago)

I have not tried dramamine or any other supplements.

Appreciate any help!
