Swollen tonsil on one side for over a month, what could it be?

Hi, I've had a sore throat for about a month now. It's only on one side and the tonsil on that side is clearly swollen. I'm a bit concerned, I've been to 2 different GPs and 1 prescribed antibiotics and the other just a anti-bacterial mouthwash. Nothing helped.
